Order confirmation

After a successful order process, we will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address given.

We will send a shipment confirmation when the order has been shipped. We aim to ship orders within 2 working days from the receipt of the order. On sale or campaign times the delivery might be slightly longer.

We shall not be held responsible for “force majeure”-delays or the possible disadvantage caused by such. Possible exceptions in delivery times will be notified on our front page.

Our delivery charge to Finland is 7,90€ for orders under 50€. Orders over 50€ will be granted free shipping within Finland. Delivery charge to Europe is 15€.

Small shipments will be sent as letters by Posti Finland.
For other countries, the delivery charge will be calculated separately. We ship orders within Finland via Postnord and outside Finland via DHL.

Return and exchange policy

All our products have a 14-day right of exchange and return upon receipt of the goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The returned products must be in their original condition, ie unused and marketable. Return the product in the original packaging. We are happy to help with questions, such as choosing the right size.

returnable products
You will receive return instructions as a return message.

For returns we charge a 8,90e postage which we deduct from the amount to be refunded when using our Posti customer return ID. Alternatively, you can return the product at your own expense. Please note that as a customer return, Posti's delivery time is longer than normal.

Changing to another size or another product is free of charge for the customer
